Office manager wanted for MWF Bucks

 

We’re getting busier than ever at Mark Williamson Furniture, so we are now actively looking to hire an office manager for the company.

We’re looking for an organised and professional person to step in as our office manager to run the administration and invoicing side of the business, answer phone calls, make up orders, organise Mark’s busy diary, and to deal with that all important first contact and email contact with clients. Ideally the person we are looking for would have experience in the office side of the furniture making sector or a similar field. They’ll need with excellent all-round communication skills as they will be dealing with clients and potential clients, as well as computer and numeracy skills and pro-active organisational skills, experienced at working alone and as part of a small team.

This is a new role so the exact duties will be fairly flexible as the business goes through this period of growth. Working days and hours are negotiable but ideally Monday to Friday. We’d be looking for someone to start as soon as possible and to choose the right person as it’s so important that the non-workshop side of things is running smoothly. You would be based at our workshop in Ford, so you would also need to have your own transport.
