One of the aspects of our company is that we are as flexible as possible – and so can make you anything you desire out of wood – and we do regularly, for our clients.
This is a recent example. We were asked to make and fit some ‘floating’ shelves’ for a house which already had plenty of charisma, with its old beams, gallery and ceilings with old rafters. Our client then also needed a new gate that would reflect the character features of the rest of the property, so we were happy to oblige, and designed and built one in solid oak. Here’s the full spec. for the work we did here:

280mm deep x 80mm thick
300mm spacing between each shelf
Stained and distressed with stippling to corners and edges
Fully fitted to walls – on concealed batons bolted to wall
Oiled finish
Solid Oak garden gate in solid oak frame
Braced and ledged construction
Tongue and groove beaded boards
Wrought iron hinges and gate latch
Gate and frame coated with paint to match feather boarding of house
