A well designed Utility and Boot room ticks all the boxes – it will transform how you use the space you have and save you time every day.

These shelves are made to fit the different sizes of boots which need to be stored. Each shelf is lined with a quality coir matting which can be removed easily for cleaning.

All high spaces can be used – we made these Top Cupboards to maximise the space available above the Cupboard below. The solid oak ladder is hooked over the steel rail when in use, or stored neatly on the wall out of the way.

Washing machines and Driers can be built in under worktops and wall cupboards add extra storage above. LED strip lighting has been fitted under all the wall cabinets which are finished in a Farrow & Ball Studio Green.

The deep Belfast sink provides a separate washing area with plenty of space for larger items. With careful design, every bit of space can be used to make sure you have everything you need stored close to hand.

Adding a Larder Cupboard provides extra storage close to the Kitchen. This Larder has a cold shelf, pull out trays made to fit specific appliances and shelving racks on the inside of both doors.

Instead of a Larder, this large double doored Cupboard could be used for storing coats, boots, hats and gloves. Designed with double hanging, shelves or drawers, it would be the perfect place for all your gear.
