You may remember that at the start of January, we posted about the large curved wardrobe that we were finishing off in our workshop. After many more hours of hard work, we completed the wardrobe, and have now installed it in our clients’ home. As you can see from the photos, we had to build the wardrobe to fit the unusual curved ceiling to wall shape of the room. It really suits the room and the curved edges literally soften or ‘take the edge off’ such a large piece of furniture. Here are some photos that we took on our phone of the wardrobe in place, and the detailed specification for it, including what materials we used.

All doors sit on high quality, fully concealed, soft close hinges.
High quality, heavy-duty chrome hanging rails throughout.
Exterior is finished with hard-wearing painted lacquer in colour matched to existing furniture in room.
Wooden knobs to match other furniture in room.
Solid hard maple cornice and plinths with bead detail all curved at ends.
