These are the latest under stair storage units that we have designed, ,made and fitted into a client’s house – they have proved to be really popular as they create order and storage space in a difficult space, and are so easy to use and access.
In this case, the design required 3 fully shelved pull-out units, and each unit has a recessed finger pull to open it easily.
All the exterior pieces, i.e, bits you can see, are constructed in moisture resistant, furniture grade MDF and finished in a hard-wearing coloured lacquer and in Pure Brilliant White paint by Dulux. All the framework is constructed in maple for strength. The pull-out interiors are constructed in oak effect melamine faced MDF and each unit sits on high quality, rubberised casters that pull out to a stop. The stop can be disengaged so you can access the back of the pull-outs if necessary. The whole storage unit is fully fitted and scribed to the floor and walls for perfect fitting.
All shelves to have upstands to prevent items from falling off the edge.
